SLF is a NYS Licensed Mortgage Broker providing loans for new construction, rehabilitation, refinancing, and resale.  As a broker arranging loans with third parties, we are able to shop more than 30 lenders simultaneously to obtain the best loan possible for our clients.  We offer same day mortgage commitments, low closing costs, and strive for efficient and timely closings.  Our staff includes multiple loan officers, processors, and office support.

Straight Line Funding, Inc. has been in business for over two years now, and has endured steady growth.  The purchase of our building in Fayetteville has contributed to our establishment in the community and permanence in business.
