The First Step Program
The First Step Program provides skill building and readiness strategies to YWCA residents using a client based perspective. Residents are invited to engage in a wide variety of workshops, support and information to help them create the change they want in their lives.
Participants have opportunities for work experience, training and six months of follow-up support.
